Definition of Seller and Conditions of Sellers’ Goods
The products offered on the website are either purchased and provided by Petolika from reputable companies and official legal importers or are sold online by some sellers who collaborate with Petolika through this online store. The term “sellers’ goods” refers to the second group, and the seller is an individual or legal entity who offers and sells their product on the Petolika website. The credibility of sellers is reviewed by Petolika, and the necessary documents are obtained from them.
- Sellers are responsible for the quality, price, content, conditions, and after-sales service of the product.
- The invoice for goods offered by sellers on the site, if requested by the buyer, will be sent by the seller.
- Buyers have a maximum of 2 days after placing and finalizing their order to request an invoice.
- Orders that include at least one item from sellers and are finalized by 16:00 on any working day will be delivered at least 1 working day later (according to the delivery time announced on the site) in Tehran and other cities.

- In case of any delay in processing your order, this will be communicated to you via SMS, and Petolika will attempt to fulfill your desired product(s) within 24 hours. If the product is not available after 24 hours, the items pending in your order will be automatically canceled.
- In special circumstances, such as flash sales, the cancellation of orders related to sellers’ products may occur due to reasons like the product being out of stock, and Petolika is entitled to stop accepting new orders and halt sales without prior notice.
- If Petolika announces a discount conditional on purchases up to a certain limit (Discount Voucher), the amount of purchase from sellers’ goods will not be calculated, and these items will not be eligible for these discounts.
- The return procedure for sellers’ goods follows Petolika’s policies, with the difference that the seller is responsible for any discrepancies.
- Sellers’ goods are not eligible for organizational discounts.
- Petolika’s after-sales service will only accept the customer’s request to return sellers’ goods if the orange barcode label attached to the product has not been removed.
